Documents for filing a request or requesting to change the type of visa to work in a company or limited partnership type B

(Not exceeding 90 days allowed, with a minimum remaining period of 15 days. If staying longer than unable to file a request)

1. Application for changing visa type (Form TM. 86 only for foreigners who have Tourist Visa and Transit Visa) or Visa Application Form (Form TM.87, Only Pho 15, Phor phor. 30, Phor phor. 30 and Phor phor. 90 only for foreigners without a visa)
2. Copy of passport (Photocopy of pages with personal information, visa marks, inbound stamps, stamped marks for permission to stay (if any), Immigration TM. Card 6
3. Photo size 4 x 6 cm. Or 2-inch 1 photo
4. Fee 2,000 Baht
5. Letter explaining the necessity of employment of foreigners And requesting cooperation in obtaining Or request to change the type of visa (name, position, knowledge, and ability to apply for a visa from Phor phor. 30 or TR to NON-B) (about requesting or requesting to change the type of visa/study Commander of the Immigration Bureau).

2. สําเนาหนงสอเดนทาง (ถายเอกสารหนาทมขอมูลสวนตว, รอยการตรวจลงตรา, ตราขาเขา, รอยตราอนญาตการขออยต่อ (ถ้าม), บตร ตม.6  
3. รปถายขนาด 4 x 6 ซ.ม. หรอขนาด 2 นว จานวน 1
4. คาธรรมเนยม 2,000 บาท
5. หนงสอชแจงเหตุผลความจาเปนการจางงานคนต่างดาว และขอความรวมมอในการขอรบ หรือขอเปลยนประเภทการตรวจลงตรา (มีชอ, ตําแหนง, ความรความสามารถและขอเปลยน วซาจาก ผ.30 หรือ TR เป็น NON-B) (เรือง ขอรบหรือขอเปลยนประเภท การตรวจลงตรา/เรยน ผบญชาการสานกงานตรวจคนเขาเมอง)
6. หนงสอรบรองการจาง (ตามแบบของกรมการจดหางาน)
7. สําเนาหนงสอรบรองการจดทะเบยนนตบคคล และ บญชรายชอผ้ถอห้น บอจ.5, สาเนาบตรประชาชนของกรรมการบริษททกคน
8. สาเนาใบสาคญการจดทะเบยนนตบคคล

10. สาเนางบดุลบญชกาไรขาดทนปลาสด (กรณยนฉบบสาเนาตองใหกรรมการลงนามและประทบตราบริษท/ หางหนส่วนจากด ทกฉบับ
11. สาเนารายการภาษเงนไดนตบคคล (ภ.ง.ด.50) (กรณยนฉบบสาเนาตองใหกรรมการลงนามและประทบตราบริษัท/ห้างห้นสวน จากัด ทกฉบับ)
12. สาเนาหลกฐานการศกษาตามแบบของสานกงานตรวจคนเขาเมอง (ตม.4)
13. สาเนารายการภาษเงนไดบคคลธรรมดาของพนกงานคนไทย (ภ.ง.ด.1) ยอนหลง 3 เดอน พรอมแนบสาเนาบตรประชาชนของ พนักงานคนไทยทง
14. แสดงรปภาพของบรษทถายใหเหนอาคาร ปายชอบรษท สภาพการทางานทมพนกงานกาลงปฏบตงาน, โตะทํางานภายในบรษท หรือ อาคาร หรือโกดง ซงแสดงใหเหนลกษณะงาน 6 – 7 ภาพ
15. สาเนาแบบ ภพ.30 จานวน 6 เดอนหรอถาไมถง 6 เดอนใหแสดงเทาทม
16. หากใน ภ.ง.ด.50 (หนา 5 บรรทดท3) ไมมค่านา ค่าไฟ ใหแสดงสญญาเชา บลนามน ค่าไฟ ค่าโทรศพท
